Do you need some quick support or advice? I am here for you! The 60 minute single session consultation might be just what you need to get you moving in the right direction.
Feeling like you have a handle on most things but may need specialized support in one area? Diet, exercise, mental attitude? The 5 session mini intensive allows us to focus on one thing and use action steps and accountability on reaching your goals. Each session lasts up to 50 minutes and can be weekly or bi-monthly.
Are you feeling fearful and stressed out about a lot of things? The 10 session might work best for you, allowing us to address many things and give you a good foundation for moving forward. Sessions are bi-monthly (twice a month) and last for 50 minutes and also have action steps and accountability.
* A complimentary 15 minute call is offered prior to any 5 or 10 session package commitment to make sure I understand your needs and make sure it's a good fit :-)
