You don't have to be fearless, you just need to be willing.

WHAT IS THE
No Regrets Project?
Live Fully. Don't Wait. No Regrets.
There comes a moment for many of us—after illness, loss, or one too many birthdays—when the noise quiets just enough for the questions to sneak in. Have I made the right choices? Is this the life I meant to live? Is it too late to change course? or Now what? Whether stirred by a health scare, an empty nest, or simply the undeniable passage of time, midlife and life transitions crack us open. And in that vulnerable space, we begin to assess and wonder.
The No Regrets Project was born out of my two cancer experiences and a visceral understanding that Time is our most valuable resource. Not wanting to have regrets, I needed to share what I learned and pass it on to others who may be in a similar place and want to make some shifts in their lives.
This is your dedicated space for upleveling, honoring time, and embracing intentional living. If you're done wondering and are ready to rethink your time, energy, and direction, you're in the right spot!
Through personalized guiding/mentoring and customized workshops, I’ll:
-
Introduce you to The Road to No Regrets, a framework I developed that provides a meaningful map towards a regret-free life, including...
-
Embracing the concept of Timefulness
-
Getting Clarity on your What and your Why
-
Connecting with your values and the importance of Congruence
-
And staking claim to your superpower...Courage.
For the DIY-er, there is "The Spark" my blog. And sign up for your free "Vision Quest."
Additionally, I am currently writing two books: The Road Trip to No Regrets (which the guiding program is based upon) and The (Un)Happiness Handbook—a hilarious, satirical romp through the self-help landscape.
Get ready to start showing up fully for the life you actually want, because
Now is the Time for No Regrets Later.

FUELED BY TIMEFULNESS. GUIDED BY COURAGE. LIVED WITH INTENTION.
The No Regrets Manifesto
(For Real Life)
We’ve all heard it: “No regrets!” Usually seen at the end of a tattoo needle, shouted over a tequila shot, or slapped on an Instagram post.
But here’s the truth:
Most of us do have regrets. Because we’re human. Because we care. Because we’ve made choices we wish we could revisit—and we know that time doesn’t wait.
For me, it was facing death—twice—that changed everything.
Not just because I was afraid of dying. But because I became acutely aware of how precious time really is. Of how easy it is to waste it on things that don’t matter. Of how painful it is to look back and realize you lived on autopilot.
That’s why this isn’t just a program. It’s a roadmap for the time you have left—which, truthfully, none of us know.
And Timefulness is the fuel we’re using to get there.
So here, No Regrets doesn’t mean:
- We’ve never messed up
- We’ve never lost time, love, or direction
- We’ve made perfect choices
It means:
-
We’ve stopped pretending
-
We’ve started paying attention
-
We’re choosing how to live—while we still can
-
We use regret as a teacher, not a tormentor
-
We reconnect with what actually matters
-
We don’t chase perfection—we pursue purpose
-
We value our Now so we won't look back later and wish we had
-
We stop waiting-our moment is Now
This is what it really means to live a No Regrets life.
Not flawless. Not fearless. Just fully here. Fully awake. And fully engaged in a life we won’t want to wish away.

MY JOURNEY
How I Got Here
When I heard, "Your cancer has come back." I was devastated. I thought I had left cancer in the dust eight years earlier. The second threat of mortality gave me what I now call a massive Time Perspective Makeover. Recurrent cancer taught me what no one ever wants to learn firsthand: dreams, plans, and life itself can change in a moment. And none of us knows when that moment might come. I realized I had been spending too much of my precious time on things that didn’t add value to my life. Worse, they were holding me back from living fully in the present and pursuing the dreams that made my soul sing.
I had wasted lots of time on distractions, procrastination, busyness, and rumination. More time on fears—of failing and of succeeding— and what ifs. I said "no" to things I should have said "yes" to and vice versa. I lacked clarity, discipline, and focus. I let what others might think hold me back or stop me completely.
My omni-present inner critic was very busy (and unhelpful):
You can’t do that, say that, go there.” “You’re not smart enough... not talented enough... not enough." "You're not worthy. Who do you think you are?” "Why do you want to do that?" "You will fail." "No one will like it." "The haters will hate."
Has your inner critic been telling you the same lies? Time to shut that down. Instead, ask, "What is waiting to be expressed, lived, experienced, pursued, sparked?"
Sometimes all we need is a little help: a nudge (or a big push) in the right direction, encouraging words, accountability, a new perspective, a place to vent, process, be heard and seen, someone to believe in us and our dreams, some inspiration, and new tools and frameworks. If you are ready to leave the "What ifs" and "I wish I had..." or the "Now what?" behind, take the step. 'Someday' doesn't exist, and
None of us wants "later" to be too late.
Now's the time to reclaim you and reconnect with your life, your vision, and your aspirations. I’m here to support you as you realign your priorities and values and craft a life that is with purpose, for purpose, and on purpose...and No Regrets. READY?

"The life you want is waiting. Let's realign your path with purpose, presence, and possibility."
